The Storage Services and Wholesale Award covers warehousing, storage and wholesale distribution. It applies to distribution warehouses, storage and logistics facilities, cold stores, and wholesale suppliers that hold stock and supply it on to retailers and trade customers. The workforce it covers includes storeworkers and warehouse hands, forklift operators, pickers and packers, despatch and receiving staff, and the wholesale employees who handle orders, stock and customer supply.
